Sion and Moore is honoured to announce Faces, an exhibition of new work by multidisciplinary artist and magic movement obsessive Dick Jewell. The show will present a film, Faces (2021) that sets a carefully sequenced progression of still images in relation with the rhythm and lyrics of ‘Faces’ by Run-D.M.C. A large-scale digital collage, One Blood (2021), examines cultural appropriation as enacted en masse.
Dick Jewell is a London born and based multidisciplinary artist, who graduated from the Royal College of Art with a Masters in Printmaking in 1978. His practice encompasses photomontage, photography, book publishing and film-making.
